As a busy work at home mom, I’m always looking for easy and healthier recipes that my family will love. Olivia is obsessed with fruit–she prefers it over regular food! Solomon on the other hand, doesn’t want to go anywhere near fruit. But, he’ll drink smoothies, so I’m on the hunt for simple recipes to up his fruit intake. We recently made a strawberry banana smoothie and the crowd went wild! Olivia loved to watch me make it, and loved to help put the ingredients in the blender.
It literally took 10 minutes to prep and make. Here are the ingredients:
- Strawberries (we used fresh ones, but you can get them frozen)
- Almond milk
Depending on how thick you want it, add more fruit.
